Driving school...

So I got a ticket and now I want to take driving school to save the pain of my insurance premium going up. My question is if I do the driving school (and I know there is an 18-month period before taking another one), does it pertain to the county the ticket was issued? I haven't gotten a ticket up here, but I want to be sure I can still do driving school if that were to happen in another county.

It used to be that you could go to driving school after driving school as long as they were in different counties (some reportedly did them simultaneously in differing counties), but I'm pretty sure they closed that loophole a couple years ago. Now they use a statewide system to monitor and ensure you only do one traffic school statewide per 18 month period.
