[AZ] Service outage

Internet has been down since midnight. Modem log shows "TLV-11 - unrecognized OID". Rebooting the modem does not fix, shows the same error. Help!

That particular message is not service related and wouldn't be a factor. PM me the modem's MAC address and I'll take a look.

TLV stands for Type Length Value and the other half of the message is saying that it had an unrecognized object identifier. This is a generic error.

If you're curious as to the different types of messages a list of them is in the DOCSIS 3.0 specification CM-SP-MULPIv3.0-I17-111117 MAC and Upper Layer Protocols Interface Specification on page 478.
