Henderson, NV | [AZ] Service outage Internet has been down since midnight. Modem log shows "TLV-11 - unrecognized OID". Rebooting the modem does not fix, shows the same error. Help!

TLV stands for Type Length Value and the other half of the message is saying that it had an unrecognized object identifier. This is a generic error.
