There are no conventional tweaks for Vista & Win7 unlike the older versions of the OSs.

The same goes for OS X.

All those platforms are self-tuning.

Your speeds are very good and they will vary depending on the conditions of the Internet and your home network.

Where that big red box is it should say:

WINDOWS VISTA / WINDOWS 7 / WINDOWS 8 USERS: Vista TCP tuning (tweaking) is NOT advisable. The Vista TCP stack does a reasonable job of tuning the receive window dynamically, there are no known registry tweaks that would optimize any of the above operating systems better than their default configurations.
