It wasn't there before I emailed them. It showed up right after they sent me this. There have been times they've waited weeks and even months until I pointed out changes to them. You laugh, but the thing is, if they don't catch a change and no one notifies them of the change, they simply won't change it. Have seen it time and time again, so I started writing in and they respond.
