Time is relative as per Einstein s theory and Acanac fell into a gravitational field where it expands in inverse proportion with their customers service that contracted down to the infinitesimal.
5 weeks is not much by their standards. Read other posts where people have been waiting 3 months.
reply to carcajou looks like you are right! I browsed their forum and I read a post that the norm is around 6 weeks give or take!! but if they know this why they tell me it'll take 4 weeks?!! either way even 4 weeks is too much. Anyways, read my update above, I got a refund yesterday.... BUT...
