Isn't this the core of what the net neutrality debate is about? Does this end that debate and the telcos won? How did this sneak by and not get any press coverage? So now that the precedent is established that ISP's can act as policemen, is there any law in place that says they can't restrict where users go? IE: "you can use google for 10 cents a search or you can use the new AT&T search engine for free!"
