Posting from my iPhone because the power is out.

I'll have to check how much rain we've had here when I dry off.

The roof of the Gazebo out on the 59th street footbridge is almost completely under water now. So far the live stream is still working.

Nope, looks like the Fagers footbridge has proverbially beamed down to a planet wearing a red shirt.

Wow! I knew it was only a matter of time. I was not able to connect to the live cam until just now. Thought the camera was disabled or power was lost. The gazebo is no more.

Oopsy!!

Too funny, the lights on the footbridge just came on. Must be on a timer. Surprised they still work.

Lights On, Hope Nobody is Home

Edit: Ok, down to 2 lights now as the one furthest out on the bridge just extinguished.

Edit 2: Another light is out.

There Can Only Be One!

Edit 3: Looks like the whole place needs to be rewired after this storm.

Hang in There!

Winds are picking up, and the head of my underground propane tank is filled with water, which means my primary regulator is now submerged.

What you need is a gazebo, I know where you can get one cheap

Went to bed last night thinking for sure we'd lose power sometime overnight. When I woke up this morning, I was shocked to discover this was not the case.

I hope you all are ok.

Power stayed on here also
Lots of people out though

I think the derecho that came through last year and did all that damage actually helped this situation.
It took out a lot of weak trees, limbs down and the subsequent outages, so all that damage last year wasn't added to today's totals. Derecho was what? 4 hours and knocked a million's power out?

I live close to you in Loch Haven and at 2:00pm yesterday a tree took out everything coming in. Not a clue when I'll be back on the grid.
