Re: How do I extend the dryer vent outside?

What I wanted to do is, The tube with the vent hooked up is make that longer and then slide the dryer vent into that tube...

The dryer vent tube, i can't get access since it is inside the wall, unless I take out the Furance/AC but that isn't going to happen.

Ok then I don't understand WHERE it is too short.
Is it too short on the dryer side, meaning you can't hook up the dryer's flexible tube to it? If that's the case, insert your extension from the opening behind the dryer.

Can you make a drawing like a floor plan of the area showing us walls, furnace, the exhaust tube and the vent and dryer locations?
