Update: I plugged in my Start modem today, fired it up and promptly did a speedtest. 32MB down, 2MB up! Wow! Fastest internet ever! Things have been working great so far, modem pretty much locked on immediately and good pings and speed. Very happy. Even got a friendly call this evening from Start to make sure everything was working ok. Thanks rocca et al for being awesome and understanding the concept of true customer service.
