4G LTE Coverage in Martinsburg/Kearneysville WV

I'm seriously thinking about getting the Verizon 4g mobile hotspot for my home, however, according to their map I'm close to their "Extended area" which means I might only get 3g. Anyone in the area who has a 4G Verizon phone or their wifi service already?

I really don't want to sign up for a 2 year contract only to get 3g coverage. I looked at the Millenicom option but it's the same thing - pay 165.00 upfront and no guarantee of 4g.
