[HN9000] excellent tech support from hughes
over the past 3 or 4 weeks, i had begin to experiencing the occasionally lan light blank-out. and disruptions in pages loading, etc. sent tech support an email, within a few hours, they had gotten back to me. they did some online diagnostics, and concluded the modem needed to be replaced. fixed up an order, and two days later the new modem arrived. installed it, and after about an hour of self-configuration, everything was good to go. the package even had a prepaid/preprinted return shipping label.
tech support doesn't get much better than that. so far, all my experiences with hughes have been good ones.
