[LA] Slow Speeds and Drop Packets

Over the past couple of days I have had dropped packets and slow download speeds. Primer Package but only getting at best 4 down. Also noticed out of 60 pings to google.com it drop 10%. Any one know of issues in the New Orleans area?

At least you're getting 4 channels, I've got 1 downstream channel and it's only getting me 125KB/s last night.

My downstream power levels don't really look too good. They used to be 0 to +2
