| Setting up online DVR recording is turned off I love being able to set up my DVR online but, once again, this is turned off online. Does anyone know about why this is happening again? |

| I just login to charter.net and go to TV listings. Scroll through the listings and select any of the programs and it (used to) have a record button. That button is no longer there.
It comes and goes over time. This has happened before. |

I figured it out.
You have to be logged in to the main account for the feature to work. I just went there and realized I was still logged in under a secondary email I use. I logged out and then went back in under our main account email and the button is there.

No, it does not save settings but it does detect which box you are using when you switch.You can also see what is scheduled to record, set up series recordings, cancel, etc. |
