So that means one of two things: 1) No one has ever filed a complaint with the CCTS against Ebox (rules state an ISP must join within 5 days of a complaint being received)
or
2) They are registered with the CCTS, but under another name.
Which is it? I'm going to assume it's #1. But you know what they say about assuming...
