It is finally released to internal updater today. It was held back from internal updater until Symantec could update their Whitelist. Some SM critical files were still being detected by Norton. 2.13.2 was released on the Mozilla website before release to internal updater because if you use Norton, and you got the update manually, you would notice the problem and be able to work around it, whereas, through the internal updater you would not see the Norton problem and thus have a SM that might not start after the update or be crippled in certain areas.
