Rogers to TekSavvy Help

Hi All,

Today is my activation date for Teksavvy, and cancellation date for Rogers. I was under the impression I was supposed to just change the modem to my Teksavvy one, but it didn't work. (i.e. no internet connection). I've switched back to Rogers modem and the internet is still working for now.

Any idea what I should do? I've been waiting on Teksavvy call for close to an hour now.

Your new modem may not be activated until end of day perhaps.
