NJ Transit and PATH are scheduled for ~midnight shutdowns. Airports will likely go down by the morning.

Last I heard the airports were closed.. or at least closing.
Stock Exchange will be closed on Monday.
Chase Cash Machines are displaying messages to consult your app for another ATM if this one goes down.
ConEd and Time Warner are sending out warnings about service interruptions...
