| [HD] HD Service downtown Minneapolis? Just moved to Loring Park and can't seem to get HD access. I have the new Digital Economy package which is supposed to have the local HD channels (abc, nbc, fox) with the other channels becoming available in HD in November, so I was told.... I get a message, "Available only with HDTV Service" and have called and chatted Comcast 10+ times and all the ever do is send a signal and have me power cycle the box with no resolve.... I don't think its a problem with a box, but it must be something on their end. I have surprisingly had no issues with the internet pulling about 16/5.
Any suggestions on what's going on? |

| Are you actually paying for HD access on your account; you are aware that it's an extra $8-$9 charge to have ANY HD channels w/DE...  |

| Then it's obviously a problem with how they have the HD flag set on your account; might try to post your problem here:
