I have a quick question about how and where all this speed comes from for everyone to have ~25Mb/s on their phone. Does every tower have a 10GB line going back to Sprint? Does LTE cover more area and therefore less towers are needed?

Not sure how they are doing it with the current rebuild... on the old style wimax builds they used wireless as backhaul in areas where running beefy data lines was too expensive.
