I'm having intermittent connectivity problems accessing the New York Times. I've narrowed this down to:
The NYT has two endpoints:
www.sea1.nytimes.com
www.ewr1.nytimes.com
The SEA endpoint is fine for me, but the EWR endpoint dies (within Level3) via Charter:
$ tracepath www.ewr1.nytimes.com

I can connect via other networks to the NYT EWR node, but not via Charter.
Is anyone else seeing this issue? If so, can Charter escalate to someone at the Level3 NOC?
