I do think they are making a sincere effort to solve this problem.
I didn't mean to suggest that HughesNet wasn't working on the problem. When I commented that I found HughesNet's official response to be "interesting", I meant that the wording being used suggested to me that attorneys have been consulted on the matter. ("Admit that Gen4 doesn't work as advertised on Mountain Lion, but put all of the blame on Apple.")
