I'm in Foothill Ranch (92610) and have the Preferred HSI package as well. I have a DOCSIS 2.0 modem and get 3 channels down and 1 up. I get around 18-20 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload. Do you have a DOCSIS 3.0 modem? What are your download/upload speeds. I'm wondering if getting a DOCSIS 3.0 modem will get me anything better than I already have. |
