2 edits | [Storm 2012] Outages NYC I have tv, but no Internet. Of course I'm lucky to have electricity. But wondering if there's some sort of outage that affects only Internet? Ont cable modem the online light is flashing. I can't remember if that's normal. Any info appreciated |

kudos:11 | We are tracking multiple issues in N.Y. at this time, operations and engineering are aware of all affected services, however as you can expect restoration will take time. Even getting resources into the city is challenging at this time since they are only allowing emergency personal into the city.

Out in 10025. RCN says that some buildings holding infrastructure got flooded. No ETA.
If anyone from RCN could post an update or if anyone has heard differently from customer service please post. |
