Have 3 upstream channels but not 8 down
Re: Woke up - now three upstream channels
Have you done a reboot since noticing the upstream bonding.
Many of times. I have 50/10 Blast and I've been having download speed problems, which Comcast can't seem to fix. Could not having the 8 downstream be the cause? Should I inform Comcast about it?

Speed test results. This is on a wired connection, with and without a router and has been like this since the speed upgrade back in late July.
Looks like you may have similar issues like I had after the upgrade. I would get SteveTeow to look into your account to verify everything is correct.
Been there, done that. No help.
Sorry bud! I would have no way of advising anything beyond the Direct forum.
If they can't fix it, have you considered dropping to the Performance tier? My issues didn't start until the upgrade. Never had an issue with the Performance tier.
It's been pondered. I've never had a problem either until the "upgrade".

Perhaps only four downstreams are all that are currently configured / available on your local system.
This thread was split off from the one linked and was a reply to Johkal. I'm guessing what was said isn't accurate?
