[Troubleshooting] Can't connect

Anybody else in the Rochester, NY area not been able to connect since yesterday afternoon?

I am Southeast of Rochester (Between Farmington and Shortsville) I've had no problems. I am connecting to the the antenna at the Canandaigua VA.
