 | reply to Deaks2 Same here. Anyone else having issues? My modem gets an upstream and downstream connection but cannot DHCP. Just seems to endlessly cycle through the connection process. My connection has been down since about 3pm today. |

| reply to Deaks2 Looks like the CMTS doesn't know about your modem. They've probably re-jigged the CMTSs, possibly splitting one or more of them, and lost your configuration along the way.
Eg. your modem may still work perfectly well at somebody else's house (on a different CMTS). You might speed things up by testing that theory yourself while waiting for service to be restored.
If the problem persists, you'll have to "suggest" this as a cause to Teksavvy and hope they have a way to ask Rogers about that specific problem. |

SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.1-SCM00-NOSH is the latest btw. |

EDIT: I just sent a mass email to my staff to keep me informed if they are on calls from OTTAWA so I can stay on top of things.
