It sounds like you have an issue with HSI in your area, it might be time to get a tech out to the house or get Charter Direct involved. Maybe they can find out what happened back on Sunday when it all changed.
Lets see if any other user in your area report HSI issues.

just the guy in Tullahoma, TN, who's having the same issues.
He's got a tech coming out as well.

I rebooted again, and everything seems to normal***same as it was last night from 7-10:30****.

Why would the service go to crap during the day until 7pm?

download around 11 and upload around 2.5 No lags.

We'll see if its crap tomorrow. that will only add to the troubleshooting!
