Tyngsboro here too and it's been awful... 75/35 here and downloads really sluggish tonight.

EDIT

On the Verizon forum seeing other complaints as well, even as close as Leominster (20miles from me). Since a bunch of their traffic goes thru NYC, wouldn't surprise me if it's sluggish for a bit.
