I have the same problem. I have my current EMTA, my mothballed 6120 (listed twice) and a returned gateway listed. I also have my cable boxes listed as well.The most you can do now is post in the Comcast direct forum (which I've done already).--Romney-Ryan and Scott Brown are the Right Choice as they are Hope & Change you can count on.
I have done the same thing. So, only time will tell if posting over there can get things resolved.--Brian
