If your complex has no power most likely your area has no power which most likely means equipment used to power rcn's equipment have no power. If they have backup power on their network, it can only run so long. I wouldn't count on getting service back until commercial power is back at your complex.
Thanks for the reply, I honestly never thought of that. I feel like a dummy lol. I guess it's playstation 3 and xbox 360 until I get power.
