The issue with Pacifica is the location of the Central Office. It's nowhere near where most of the people live. The location is:
325 Reina Del Mar Ave, Pacifica, CA 94044-3052
Most folks live to the far North or South of this location, a mountain ridge and park away from the CO. So, it's not a great candidate for Fusion service. Sorry!
