[ALL] WHAT the hell is this I'm hearing??

Your new voice automated system sucks, please go back to your old one, it's a shame that a company can't invest more in technology had to buy a voice that's so crappy, it's almost hard to understand. Of course, we must have press two for english, press 1 for spanish, after all, we are a spanish speaking country it seems. Sorry, but after calling about an ongoing problem here, the new voice is really annoying.

I'm glad your not "PUSHING" us to go to your website, which is also very outdated and annoying, two logins? Why?

I hope you will change the voice in the future. We do need to call customer service and, reaching a human is getting easier and easier.

If you're hearing the same thing I'm hearing (they changed it a while back, I'm thinking since they run Florida/Georgia as a single market now, we're hearing the same thing), they replaced voice recordings with some sort of Text to Speech system. I can understand it fine, but there are definitely a few words that come out very robotic at times.

Yes, that's what I'm talking about, icky sounding. Sorry for the rant but this has to go back to the recycle bin. The woman's voice had better audio quality.

How about going back to the REALLY OLD system where a LIVE BODY picks up the phone and they don't use the frustration factor to keep you off the support lines.

ALLY bank cox is not.

Aloha Rob!
As you probably already noted, we are also having login nightmares on their site.

Could you detail what you are experiencing and with which browsers and OS?

There is just no excuse for such convoluted login problems.
And why seemingly only SOME of us are dealing with this?!

Not wanting to hijack this thread - you can respond on our latest thread on this.

Standard ones, Windows 7 mostly FF

Agreed their site does need a major facelift. Making it easier to navigate

Most cable company websites are designed to be hard to navigate. Otherwise, you might find out something!!

Take Charter's website for example. Always has been one of the most outdated, useless sites on the entire net.

Wow, hey Rob - all of a sudden I can login ONCE...
Definitely something changed...

Strange thing is, I still feel 'weird' navigating their site.
Seems like I'm waiting for the 'hammer to fall' again.
Probably from all the problems we've had for so long...
