Only 120 people in the entire state have no power and 100 of them are in areas Cablevision doesn't service.  CL&P started sending their crews to NY and NJ yesterday to help them out.]]></description>

Cablevision keeps on saying it could be thanksgiving or later before I get back service.  They offer a credit.  Everything worked fine, it seems as though we are moving backwards. <description><![CDATA[anon posted : Yeah it's not really accurate but i guess.<br><br>Got some really generic answers in regards to service at work. People up and down the road have service but in the middle dont. I'm sure different node is the reason (as they proudly mentioned, like it was big inside secret) but then shouldn't that be a fixable sitauation instead of "NO ETA" - We have no phone and data here. Actually using an iPad and DD-WRT router (Client mode) to connect the network to the internet. Email servers can't get squat though so emails are down.<br><br>Got a prepaid phone and forwarded the office lines to that (good thing that works) so at least we still get incoming calls.]]></description>
