How to unplug an SC connector from a patch panel?

I've got a cable like this:

it is connected to an ISP's patch panel and want to unplug it, should I just pull it out? No clip here? Do not want to break anything and do not have a lot of experience with fiber cables really? I connected one to try it and I heard it 'clicked' so not sure
