I take that back about Ultimate. IMO that's a bit on the weak side too. That should be more like 10/20Mbps up.

Or am I completely misunderstanding your question?

I also said later on in the thread I'm pretty sure those upstream speeds do not include bumps due to the upstream channel bonding. If not then those speeds are pretty weak.
