<description><![CDATA[Beware u posted : I have SB5100 for over 8 years and it acts up from time to time, generally late night where all of the sudden only 1-3 greens light up.<br>I called a few times BH when that happens, but the answer was always "no service is down"... which may be true because I can see a few Routers in the neighborhood up and running.<br>Is it time to have the SB5100 replaced? Will I be getting another Motorola? Even in the old neighborhood, the quality of service was very good.<br><br>I can count on one hand the number of times that I've had problems with my Internet service over the past 13 years.  Other than the complications that are caused by the way my account is split between residential/business, I've been very happy with the service.<br><br>I don't understand why anyone would be dissatisfied with the reliability of the connection.  My BHN Internet at home has been more reliable than any of the hundreds of dedicated data circuits we have at work.<br><small>--<br>Brian, Melbourne, Florida</small>]]></description>

We previously had Lingo (VOIP) but didn't want him to be without phone just because internet was out plus our Lingo box had to be rebooted from time to time.  My father-in-law will be moving out next month so the reason for having Home Phone will disappear and we will probably just go with using our cell phones.<br><br>So any reduction in our BHN bill won't be redistributed somewhere else to another phone provider.]]></description>
