So, not EVERYTHING is subject to a CAP. The only possible "cap" that you could say it has is the theoretical maximum throughput over a given period of time, but that really is not a cap. Actually no.. I've been down sizing like no bodies business.. Mellinecom account? Gone, data plan on phone? Majorly reduced on the share plan. Everything i've been killing bells and whistles on to save some cash flow.. I will not be bumping up my plans to use more data in the near future....
