I've noticed that I can not download headers for certain newsgroups, such as alt.binaries.dvd. I am active with 5 or 6 newsgroups and most others seem to be working fine. Does anyone know if this is a new policy by WOW to block copyright infringement or to frustrate folks who use a lot of bandwidth? Thanks for any insight.
Usenet is unusable at this point! Connection time outs and 400 to many connection errors. And when you can get connected it's slow and only last for maybe a minute.
