 | Pro 16 and Cable 28 - same price? I am currently with High Speed DSL 6 and planning to switch from DSL to cable but I noticed there are two different packages on unlimited bandwidth:
Teksavvy Pro 16 for $61.95 and Cable 28 for $61.95
Obviously, Cable 28 is faster in term of speed, but why does Pro 16 cost more than Cable 28? I wanna know what's the difference.
Also, how's cable speed located Finch and Neilson? I am a gamer and I want fast, stable and reliable connection. Should I go for DSL 15 instead?
Thanks. |

Come on Tek, fix that darn website... Its confusing as you can see for people UNLESS they fill out that whole thing... |
|
 | So, the pro 16 one is Rogers? |
|
 | Cable 28 is Rogers.
This confusion on the website has been reported. But I will certainly replant the bug.
If you input your address then it should eliminate the packages that would not be available for you.

You guys have the the price of the service in the box and usage underneath it. The font is not attractive which makes it hard to read altogether! |

|
 | reply to TSI Keith I, too, have written to teksavvy about the confusing website - so far the 3 replies I have received to my questions have been either incorrect, incomplete, or both - such lacks do not inspire overconfidence in the company |

 | reply to HiVolt HiVolt,
I remember you posting this on the First day of the "New Website" thread, and they still haven't fixed it. I was confused as Heck when I saw it, and I've had Teksavvy Cable for coming up two years
I only figured it out at the time, thanks to Your original comment. |

 | reply to TSI Marc Just as FYI to Teksavvy.
A large amount of people will not enter (and do not wish to) in their postal code (basically their address) before they have already shopped around on the site and decided on a purchase. |

You might be amazed how many people will give out their full postal code for far less. |
