Re: Pro 16 and Cable 28 - same price?

Cable 28 is Rogers.

This confusion on the website has been reported. But I will certainly replant the bug.

If you input your address then it should eliminate the packages that would not be available for you.

Thank you,
Keith

It was reported the first day the site went live... two months ago!!!

Point whoever is in charge to this thread for proof of confusion

I find it hard to read the usage details.

You guys have the the price of the service in the box and usage underneath it. The font is not attractive which makes it hard to read altogether!

Thats good. I know I'm much more inclined to enter a postal code on any website rather than my address.

I, too, have written to teksavvy about the confusing website - so far the 3 replies I have received to my questions have been either incorrect, incomplete, or both - such lacks do not inspire overconfidence in the company

Which questions would that be? Maybe I can answer it now.

Just as FYI to Teksavvy.

A large amount of people will not enter (and do not wish to) in their postal code (basically their address) before they have already shopped around on the site and decided on a purchase.

...it's not that large a number, actually. You might be amazed how many people will give out their full postal code for far less.

I love stores that ask for postal codes during purchases and/or returns...so far I've only had 1 person (of dozens) ask me if H0H0H0 is real or not.
