A couple of years back storm bought over my previous ISP and turned them into rubbish. So I'm not too impressed with them. I also don't like that they don't provide a price for Bonded DSL and require that I contact them. It's not like I'm ordering a T-LAN where the price will vary by location. Also their hardware purchases seem considerably more expensive.
I like how Acanac provides a no-bullcrap explanation of how things work right on the page and they have a direct link to their MLPPP. Also they don't bury important disclaimers in fine-print. On top of that they seem to provide the most features for the lowest price.--
