[TV] service outage in Ottawa, ON

So it seems there were isssues with Rogers services in Toronto (wire cut), but could this be the cause of no service in Ottawa?

It's the day after the 1400 wire cut in Toronto???

I had lots of calls from clients in Kanata that complained of service disruption on November 1 .... this lasted most of the morning of that day.
