Does anyone know if the billing due date is going to change with the new upgrade? I just recently signed up and I think my bills are due on the 6th or 7th of each month.
reply to LelandC I am on autopay and my bill was paid 10/16/12. Today 11/02/12, they auto pay the account again. Was not made aware of this. Trying to call WOW! now, but have better luck reaching friends in NY/NJ.
