Start.ca → Re: Speed bump in Rogers Areas?

Start is limited to the speed profiles offered by Rogers (or Cogeco, or Bell, as the case may be).

I guess I should have re-worded what I was asking, Would it be possible for them to use the 10mbps upload on ALL their packages?
(I know they won't do that but is it technically possible?)

Only if Rogers does first.
