This is even worse. I couldn't get a snapshot of it when it was really bad 50-60% loss.
Nov 4th 10:30am..Outage north side of Columbia.Not sure what's going on. Tech support says.. thanks for reporting but they have not got any notification. basically goes thru same troubleshooting process.. reboot modem, unplug cable, power off/on.TV ok. Phone out. Internet out.Another unscheduled maintenance?
I am currently showing there is a service interruption in Columbia that we are working to restore now.
