But I am back on-line. I got a hold of someone via "Chat" on my Charter Account home page. (I used my iPhone's Personal Hotspot feature to connect so they could fiddle with my Cable Modem without disrupting our "Chat" session). The person on Chat asked me to ensure the Modem was on and that the Router was connected to it, and said that they would send a "Reset" signal. I was monitoring the status page on the E4200. A couple of minutes later, I saw an IP address assigned to the router and everything started working. So, back on-line here .... |
