I've been using this on multiple devices (Verizon HTC Thunderbolt, Verizon Motorola Droid 2 Global, Verizon Motorola Droid OG, Verizon HTC Rezound,)no issues, worked every time with multiple devices tethered (Tablet & Laptop) .
