@verizon.net | [Equipment] unlock italkBB linksys spa2102-r I had a linksys spa2102-r that was used by someone with italkBB.
I tried to see if I can use it with another VOIP provider. But it is locked.
I tried to do a factory reset, but When I plug in my phone Jack into the SPA2102, and dial **** then 73738#, it asked me for a password.
When connect my computer with the SPA2102's Ethernet port, and typed in 192.168.7.1:8, it prompts with user name and password, I entered "user" for user name and "1234" for password. It shows me the user configuration page of my linksys SPA2102.
But when I tried to login as an administrator, I typed "admin" for user name, and tried a couple of password, none of them works. So, I figured that italkBB has locked the device previously.
Can someone help me unlock the linksys 2102-r that was once with italkBB service?
