That modem is on our list of approved modems, as in regards to the firmware we would have to send the order to Videotron and they would let us know

| Hello,
Are the following modems compatible for use in the GTA region of Toronto:
- Motorola Surfboard 5100 with firmware 2.3.7.1
- Cisco DPC2100r2 dpc2100R2-v202r1256-080303U
Some of my friends have these modems and are using them on Teksavvy right now but the compatibility list has changed so much that I am confused what works where.
If anyone could clarify this then thanks! |
