PM RCNMAN all the details. He should help, but I wanted to note that it does take a long time to reach a rep. I got my power back on Friday night and called in to report our area's power was restored so they could work on the cable lines and I was on hold for a hour and a half before I got to speak to someone. Just hang in there when you call, you'll make it though!
